*The student rate is applicable to full-time students enrolled at a tertiary institute. A copy of the student ID card will need to be provided to obtain the student registration rate.

All visitors to Australia (with the sole exception of New Zealand citizens travelling on New Zealand passports) must apply for and obtain a visa to enter Australia before commencing travel to Australia.
Please note the following:
The Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Border Protection is responsible for issuing visas. There are a range of different visitor visas, conditions, application fees and processing times. Please ensure that you apply for your visa in good time.
Citizens of some countries may apply for visas online, others may need to apply in person at an Australian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate.

Invitation letter
The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for Visa purposes. The letters can be requested during online-registration and will be sent as e-mail attachment. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Kindly note if your visa will be rejected we will refund the registration fee without any penalties. A proof of rejection is mandatory and has to be provided until one week before congress at the latest!
All fees are stated in AUD Dollar, incl. GST. We recommend payment by credit card.
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa. The transmission of your data in the internet is securely encrypted.
Upon receipt of full payment of the fees, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail.
In case of cancellation of participation by 19 June 2017 registration fees will be refunded. However, a handling fee per person will apply. After that date, registration fees are nonrefundable. Name changes entail a handling fee per registration.
In case of no-show or early departure, a refund of registration fees is not possible. The Organisers will only accept refund requests in writing.
Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, please specify them when filling in your registration form. The re-issuing of an invoice entails a handling fee as well.
Prices of sub-contractors are based on the current tariffs and GST rate. All prices and details beyond our control are subject to change.
Participants are kindly asked to make hotel reservations using the online registration portal. Hotel reservations are also possible via fax. The selected hotels have limited capacities. It is recommended to make your hotel booking as early as possible.
